Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao addressing a press conference in Warangal on Tuesday.
Warangal Urban: Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao lashed out at BJP leaders including State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind on Tuesday for their uncalled for comments against Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and warned them to hold their tongue.
Addressing a press conference here, Rao said Arvind had no moral right to criticise the Chief Minister. “You (Arvind) promised to bring the turmeric board to Nizamabad. You even promised it on the bond paper. But you utterly failed in keeping your promise,” he said, adding that the Centre has not sanctioned even a single medical college to the State while it had sanctioned a total of 157 colleges. Rao described the BJP leaders as useless to the State who never tried to protect the interests of Telangana though they were elected as MPs.
“I urge all the graduate voters to vote for TRS party candidate for Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda graduate constituency Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and ensure his victory,” Rao appealed.
MP Banda Prakash, MLA N Narender, Mayor Gunda Prakash Rao and other TRS leaders were present at the press meet.
