Nizamabad: Former Minister and MLA Vemula Prashanth Reddy on Sunday strongly condemned Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay’s remarks against BRS working president KT Rama Rao, terming them petty and baseless.
Warning Sanjay to desist from making unfounded allegations, he said the people of Telangana and party workers would give him a fitting reply if he persisted.
Prashanth Reddy stated that Rama Rao had repeatedly clarified that he had nothing to do with the phone-tapping case, which was within the discretion of the officials, and yet, Sanjay continued to target him without evidence.
“Sanjay is speaking like a street thug, lowering the dignity of the post of a Union Minister that he holds,” he said.
