Ex-TASA Shakti strengthens multi-agency security coordination in Secunderabad

Hyderabad: Ex-TASA Shakti, a multi-agency security dialogue, was organised as part of military – civil fusion at Secunderabad Military Station here on Tuesday. The event hosted by Headquarters Telangana & Andhra Sub Area brought together stakeholders from various security agencies to discuss and deliberate on key security issues.

The dialogue was attended by representatives from the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Telangana State Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, National Security Guard, Indian Railways, Railway Protection Force, Government Railway Police and significant participation from Telangana & Andhra Pradesh states’ civil administration.

The event aimed at fostering greater collaboration and coordination among various agencies to address emerging security challenges and trends in disaster management/relief operations. It provided a platform for stakeholders to share their expertise, best practices and experiences in ensuring security of the areas of responsibility.

Speaking on the occasion, Major General Ajay Misra, General Officer Commanding, Telangana & Andhra Sub Area, emphasised the importance of inter-agency cooperation in maintaining security. “The complexities of modern security threats require a unified response from all stakeholders. This dialogue is a step towards achieving that goal.”

The successful conclusion of Ex-TASA Shakti marks a significant milestone in promoting inter-agency cooperation and collaboration in the pursuit of national security.
