Farmer injured in Mulugu as country-made explosive goes off
Kuntamalla Sambaiah, a farmer from Madanapalle village in Mulugu mandal, was seriously injured when a country-made explosive went off while he was working in his field at Jaggannapeta. He was shifted to MGM Hospital in Warangal for treatment
Mulugu: A farmer, Kuntamalla Sambaiah of Madanapalle village in Mulugu mandal, was seriously injured when a country-made explosive went off.
The incident occurred on Wednesday while the farmer was working in his agriculture field at Jaggannapeta village in the mandal. One of his legs was badly damaged in the explosion.
He was rushed to Mulugu Government Hospital for treatment and, after receiving first aid, was shifted to MGM Hospital in Warangal for better care. It is not clear how the explosive ended up in the farm field.
