Hyderabad: Fashion Yatra which returned to enthrall the city’s fashionistas and trendsetters was a great success. Held at Taj Krishna, Kamini Saraf’s Fashion Yatra was a day-long celebration of fashion and style.
Speaking about the event, Kamini Saraf said, “Over the years, Fashion Yatra has emerged as a brand in its own right, successfully conducting shows in all major cities. The exhibition featured designer garments, jewellery and lifestyle products from across India. More than 70 top and upcoming designers, from across the country, participated and showcased their creations. The proceeds from the show will be contributed to ‘Teach for Change’ – an initiative for educating the underprivileged.”
The main sponsor of the event was Vikas, the designer of White Jewels By Tara from Mumbai. Those who presented ethnic and Indo-Western collections were Alok Baid, Kolkata, Amisha Kothari, Home Grown, Jasmine Shah, Lachesis, Nazar By Indu Abbot, and many more.
Exclusive saris for festive occasions were showcased by Alankrit Weaves.
Fashion for the young ones was catered to by The Pink Feathers.
