Feed India chairperson Farha distributes Ramadan kits to poor in Khammam

Feed India Foundation chairperson Dr MA Farha distributed around 150 Ramadan kits to poor families in Khammam ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr. The initiative covered Pandurangapuram and YSR Colony during the holy month of Ramadan

Khammam: Feed India Foundation chairperson Dr MA Farha distributed Ramadan kits ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr at Pandurangapuram and YSR Colony in the city.

She, along with her father MA Ahmed, distributed around 150 Ramadan kits to poor people in the colonies on Thursday on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. The kits consisted of rice, ghee, dry fruits, semiya and other items.

Dr Farha, Mrs India Photogenic title winner and Brand Ambassador of Khammam Municipal Corporation, has been appointed as a Fit India Ambassador recently under the Fit India Movement, an initiative of the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
