A fire broke out at a software company office in Madhapur’s Ayyappa Society on Saturday morning, gutting property worth lakhs. Fire officials suspect a short circuit as the cause. Locals alerted firefighters, who brought the blaze under control.
HYDERABAD: Property worth a few lakhs was gutted down when fire broke out at an office premises located at a building in Ayyappa Society Madhapur on Saturday morning.
According to the officials, the fire broke out a software company office located at Ayyappa Society in early hours of the day.
The local people who noticed smoke coming out of the office alerted the fire department. A fire tender rushed to the spot and doused the fire. Office furniture and equipment was gutted down due to the fire.
The fire officials suspect the fire could have started due to a short circuit. Investigation is going on.
