Khammam: Former BRS Lok Sabha leader, ex-MP Nama Nageswara Rao condemned the arrest of senior BRS party leader and former SC/ST Commission chairman Errolla Srinivas.
In a statement here on Thursday he said it was not proper to arrest without giving a notice to the family members. Srinivas, a leader of Telangana movement, was working selflessly for the rights of dalit and backward.
Arresting him was undemocratic and against democratic values, Nageswara Rao said and demanded the State government to drop the cases against Srinivas and release him immediately.
