Four cross-dressers held for extorting BMW owner in Hyderabad
The Jubilee Hills police arrested four men for allegedly posing as transgender persons and forcibly demanding money from motorists in Hyderabad. The action followed a viral video showing the group allegedly extorting a BMW owner near Road No. 45.

Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police arrested four men for allegedly posing as transgender persons and forcibly demanding money from a BMW owner and others in public places.
The suspects were identified as Ramesh, Satyanarayana, another Ramesh and Yadagiri, all residents of Boduppal.
A video showed the group stopping a BMW owner near Road No. 45 and allegedly demanding Rs 5,000. The video was posted on ‘X’, following which the police started an investigation.
Police examined around 500 CCTV cameras and traced the suspects from Jubilee Hills to Boduppal, where they were detained with the help of Task Force personnel.
