Four held for robbing Rs 29 lakh in Hyderabad, one accused still at large

The arrested are Syed Abdul Khadar (34), Habeeb Haroon (41), Vardhan (34) and Rasikanth (31), while one of their associates Rasheed Khan is absconding.

Hyderabad: The Balapur police arrested four persons who had allegedly robbed Rs 29 lakh from a man.

The arrested are Syed Abdul Khadar (34), Habeeb Haroon (41), Vardhan (34) and Rasikanth (31), while one of their associates Rasheed Khan is absconding.

According to the police, the five persons had allegedly formed into a gang and in a planned manner robbed Rs 29 lakh from the victim, Obed.

On a complaint the police registered a case and after investigation arrested the four persons. Efforts are on to nab the remaining persons.
