The accident occurred when the speeding vehicle reportedly lost control and rammed into the road divider.

Police said the impact caused the vehicle to flip over, leaving the driver and passengers injured. On receiving information, Shamshabad police rushed to the scene and carried out rescue operations.

The injured were shifted to a nearby private hospital for treatment. The accident also caused a brief traffic disruption on the busy stretch.

Preliminary findings suggest that speeding may have caused the mishap. Shamshabad Police have registered a case and are investigating.
