Hyderabad: Overcoming extraordinary odds, two young men, a former delivery boy and a former cab driver, realised their dream of becoming lawyers and received the blessings of BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Wednesday as they prepared to begin their legal practice. The BRS leader hailed their journeys as living examples of what unwavering determination can achieve.
Amruth, who once worked as a Domino’s delivery boy, and Uday, who drove a cab to make ends meet, both cleared the All India Bar Examination and enrolled as advocates despite severe financial and social challenges. The duo met Rama Rao at his residence on Wednesday to seek his blessings as they began their careers.
Amruth, a committed BRS worker, had earlier expressed his wish on social media, through his friend Ambati Arjun Kumar, to receive a symbolic band from Rama Rao’s hands as a mark of blessing before starting his practice. Rama Rao promptly responded to the request, invited both Amruth and Uday, and spent time with them.
Speaking after the meeting, the BRS leader described their journeys as inspiring. “No matter how many challenges life throws at you, the effort towards our goals must never stop,” he said in a social media post later.
“Amruth fought every hardship in life and is now ready to pursue his dream as a lawyer. Uday drove a cab for a living, yet he never gave up on his ambition and finally he is ready today to practice as an advocate. Their stories are proof that with unwavering determination, anything is possible,” he wrote.
The two young lawyers expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet Rama Rao, whom they credited with constantly motivating the youth to pursue education and realise dreams regardless of their circumstances.
