From Sircilla to Dhanushkodi: Young devotee visits 12 jyotirlingas in 30 days
Sharing his spiritual experiences with Telangana Today, Sriram said that in order to give a message to the youth that religious tours can also give the right direction to one’s life, he had taken up the tour of 12 jyotirlingas.

Rajanna-Sircilla: With a concept that religious tours will also give the right direction to life, a 21-year-old man Kurmachalam Sriram, visited 12 jyotirlingas (holy shrines) across the country.
A native of Sircilla town, Sriram started his pilgrimage on June 14 and completed it at Dhanushkodi, 24 kilometers away from the Sri Lanka border, after covering 15,500 kilometers in a span of 30 days.
Passionate about traveling especially to pilgrimage centers, the B.Com graduate started his yatra during summer holidays. Besides visiting different temples as part of the yatra, he also had darshan of the presiding deities.
Sharing his spiritual experiences with Telangana Today, Sriram said that in order to give a message to the youth that religious tours can also give the right direction to one’s life, he had taken up the tour of 12 jyotirlingas.
Stating that he was more passionate about visiting pilgrimage centers, Sriram informed that he had started traveling while he was studying Intermediate and had visited a number of devotional centers.
Instead of consuming liquor by visiting Goa and becoming addicted to narcotics, the youth should follow Indian culture, and tradition as well as devotional path, he advised.
