Fruit seller murdered at Kothapet market in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A fruit seller was murdered at Kothapet fruit market, Dilsukhnagar on Saturday. The victim Raju (27), a resident of Mallapur worked as a fruit seller cum labourer at the Kothapet fruit market.

On Friday night, Raju along with few other friends including Mohd Feroz consumed liquor. An argument ensued between Feroz and Raju after consuming liquor over theft of fruits in the market. We suspect that the murder was a result of the argument ” said B Ravi Kumar, SHO Chaitanyapuri police station.
