Suryapet: Energy Minister G Jagdish Reddy tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms. He went into isolation at his residence. Jagdish Reddy was also among the delegation of the state government which went to New Delhi to meet union Ministers on paddy procurement issue.

He asked the leaders and people, who met him in the last few days, to undergo COVID test and went into isolation.

The Minister did not attend any official and private programmes after January 5. Earlier, he released Diary of Somajiguda Press Club at Hyderabad at a programme held on the premises of the club.
