Hyderabad: Game Changer, directed by Shankar, had an impressive start on January 10, 2025, selling over 1.3 million tickets on BookMyShow (BMS) on its opening day.
Despite mixed reviews, the film is performing well, with most theatres nearly full on its second day.
The movie stars Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, and Anjali in lead roles, with Srikanth, SJ Suryah, Jayaram, and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles. Produced by Dil Raju and Sirish, with music by S. S. Thaman, the film is expected to make good collections during the Sankranti festival holidays.
In northern cities, Game Changer tickets are selling quickly. However, competition will intensify on Sunday, January 12, when Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaj releases. If Daaku Maharaj receives positive reviews, it could impact Game Changer’s box office collections.
Adding to the festival lineup, Venkatesh’s Sankranthi Ki Vastunnam will release on January 14, making the box office race even tighter.
