Gandhi Kotari wins Telangana state ranking tenpin bowling title
Gandhi Kotari won the inaugural Telangana State-ranking tenpin bowling tournament in Hyderabad, defeating Prem Sai in the final. Sruthi Adhini claimed the women’s title, while Rakshith Raghav and Naveen Siddam finished third and fourth respectively

Hyderabad: Gandhi Kotari emerged champion in the inaugural Telangana State-ranking tenpin bowling tournament at Game Xtreme (Hitech City) here on Monday.
In the finals, played on the cumulative pinfall of two games, second seed K Gandhi gained a strong 56-pin lead in the first game against top seed Prem Sai (212-156).
In the second game, Gandhi maintained his consistency, scoring 178 against 179 by Prem Sai, to secure an overall 55-pin victory (390-335) and the title.
Earlier, in the stepladder round, fourth-seeded Rakshith Raghav won against third-seeded Naveen Siddam by 52 pins (378-326).
In the second match, second-seeded K Gandhi beat Rakshith Raghav by six pins (350-344) and moved to the finals to play against top seed Prem Sai.
In the women’s division finals, played on the cumulative pinfall of two games, second-seeded Sruthi Adhini gained a 17-pin lead in the first game against top seed Sindhura (131-114) and then consolidated her lead in the second game, scoring 142 against 132 by Sindhura. Sruthi won the title with a margin of 27 pins (273-246).
