Ganja worth Rs 1.02 crore smuggled in septic tanker seized in Sangareddy
Over 205 kg dry ganja was being smuggled to Solapur in Maharashtra from Chitrakonda area, as per Excise Task Force

Sangareddy: The District Excise Task Force seized 205 kg of dry ganja which was being smuggled to Solapur in Maharashtra from Chitrakonda area located near Andhra-Odisha border in a septic tanker.
Following a tip-off, Excise officials intercepted and checked the tanker at Kollur and seized the ganja worth Rs 1.02 crore on Wednesday.
The accused, Deepak Nagnath Goi from Solapur, had hired the septic tanker of Bheem Singh Madhav, a resident of Narayankhed town in Sangareddy district. After keeping the ganja inside, the duo covered it with garbage. They arrived at Kollur via Bhadrachalam, Maripet, Suryapet and Pedda Amberpet.
The Excise officials seized the ganja along with the tanker and took the accused into custody.
