Hyderabad: A unique dialogue bringing together spirituality, science and mental health will be held on August 19 at Avasa Hotel, Madhapur, offering an opportunity to explore how ancient wisdom and contemporary scientific understanding can come together to address some of the challenges facing individuals, families and society today.
Titled ‘Strong Families. Strong Minds.’, the special Symposium Dialogue will feature a thought-provoking conversation between Gaur Gopal Das, monk, motivational speaker and author, and Dr Pratima Murthy, former Director and Senior Professor of Psychiatry at NIMHANS.
The dialogue will seek to bridge two seemingly different worlds—spirituality and science—and examine their complementary role in building emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and stronger minds.
The coming together of Gaur Gopal Das, known for his ability to communicate timeless spiritual wisdom in a contemporary and accessible manner, and Dr Pratima Murthy, a distinguished psychiatrist and mental-health professional, is expected to make the evening a meaningful exchange between two important perspectives on human well-being.
