GHMC announces 5% Early Bird discount on property tax for 2026–27

GHMC has announced a 5% rebate under its Early Bird Scheme for property tax payments for 2026–27. Taxpayers must clear all dues and pay the full annual amount in one transaction. Payments can be made online or at centres.

Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has appealed to property taxpayers to avail the benefit of the Early Bird Scheme, under which a 5% rebate is offered on property tax for the current financial year (2026–27).

According to a press release, the scheme is valid if the payment for entire year is made at once. In case any dues are pending, citizens have to pay entire dues in order to avail the Early Bird rebate. The modes of payment include MyGHMC / MyCURE mobile application, GHMC official website, respective circle Citizen Service Centres and MeeSeva Centres.
