GHMC polls: Vinay Bhasker confident of TRS’ victory in Allwyn Colony
MLA called upon party workers to take up door-to-door campaigning explaining the TRS governments' achievements and development activities in the last five years
Hyderabad: MLA and TRS election in-charge for Allwyn Colony Municipal Division Dasyam Vinay Bhasker on Thursday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and IT Minister KT Rama Rao have put Hyderabad on global map by working tirelessly round the clock- which would ensure party’s victory in the GHMC elections.
Vinay Bhasker along with party leaders met Government Whip Arekapudi Gandhi at the latter’s residence and later handed over the nomination papers to TRS candidate for Alwyn Colony Division Dodla Venkatesh Goud.
Speaking on the occasion, he predicted that Venkatesh would win Allwyn Colony Division with a majority of more than 10,000 votes. He called upon party workers to take up door-to-door campaigning explaining the TRS governments’ achievements and development activities in the last five years.
The TRS government was successful in providing basic amenities to Allwyn Colony residents by spending Rs 1.40 crore, he said. As a good number of slums take the lion’s share of population in the division, a strategic plan was carved out to end the problems of submergence in the division, he said.
