Girl attempts suicide after being reprimanded for skipping bath
A 17-year-old intermediate student in Kumram Bheem Asifabad attempted suicide by jumping into a well after being scolded by her parents for skipping a bath.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: An intermediate student attempted to die by suicide as she was allegedly depressed when her parents reprimanded her for skipping a bath in Asifabad on Wednesday.
Police said that Raisidam Sathweeka, an Intermediate second-year student and the daughter of Pochiram from Sandeepnagar, tried to end her life by plunging into a well. However, she was rescued jointly by local police and staff from the fire department. She was shifted to a hospital for treatment. Her condition is said to be stable.
On receiving information on Dial 100, police rushed to the well and safely brought out the girl. She was disheartened when her parents scolded her for neglecting to bathe.
