Girl kidnapped in Hyderabad’s Ghatkesar, suspects flee towards Yadadri Bhongir district

Hyderabad: A girl was allegedly kidnapped by unidentified persons at Ankushapur in Ghatkesar on the city outskirts on Saturday.
As per available information, she was walking on the road when the suspects came in a car and forcibly took her away. Her mother, who witnessed it, called the police and informed on the Dial-100 facility.
Based on her complaint, the Ghatkesar police booked a kidnap case and are investigating. She told the police that the car escaped through the Hyderabad-Warangal route towards Yadadri Bhongir district.
Police have formed special teams and are examining surveillance cameras on various routes to trace the girl and nab the kidnappers at the earliest.
Officials suspect that persons known to the girl were involved in the kidnap.
