Gitanjali Devashray: Child welfare aspects discussed

This webinar was held for parents, a platform to help generate mental health awareness among young people.

Gitanjali Devashray conducted a webinar on mental wellness, as the school management took stock of the Covid-19 situation and understood the need for in-house counselling to be available at hand. The school felt that it was essential to conduct a mental wellness session, which would go a long way towards addressing student concerns.

School’s Experts Speak Forum is one such initiative where specialists from different fields address the parents and pupils regarding various relevant issues of these times. The essential and thought-provoking session of Experts Speak on June 27 was undertaken by Kirti Singh, Counsellor for Gitanjali Group of Schools.

This webinar was held for parents, a platform to help generate mental health awareness among young people. Singh, a professional with deep understanding of various aspects of early education spoke in detail touching upon various aspects of student welfare during their tough times.

She offered timely advice and easy solutions with which anxiety and stress can be combated. It was an interactive session with parents taking an active part in the discussion.
