Hyderabad: On the birth anniversary of the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, the young scholars of Gitanjali Vedika paid a glowing tribute to his life and philosophy by celebrating Gandhi Jayanti. Teachers narrated stories from Gandhiji’s life.
The children of pre-primary I showcased the Gandhian principles by making three monkeys with ice-cream sticks saying, “see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil”.
The students of pre-primary II celebrated this occasion by making a charkha with ice-cream sticks and thread, while the little ones of Nursery enjoyed making spectacles and walking sticks with clay.
