Global Telangana Association two-day convention held in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Spiritual leader Chinna Jeeyar Swamy called the Telugu community and it’s leadership to work hard to preserve the language, literature, culture and identity of Telugus for the benefit of future generations.
He was speaking after inaugurating the Global Telangana Association’s maiden convention in Hyderabad on Saturday. Over 2,000 people visited the two-day convention.
The GTA was launched in the city in 2023 and is celebrating its success of having established its chapters across 45 countries already in a short span and fast spreading to many more countries.
While commending the success of the event, the seer expressed full faith in the Telangana community’s global leadership and enterprise in pursuit of it’s goals and objectives aimed at strengthening the Telangana community.
Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, who was the keynote speaker at the function, lauded GTA’s initiatives and extended cooperation from the Union government to the projects taken up by the Telangana NRI community.
BRS MLAs from Medchal, Ch Malla Reddy and Gangula Kamalakar also spoke.
Global Telanagana Association’s Founder chairman who is the current chairman said the organisation will continue to work tirelessly in further expanding the GTA footprint in the world and help Telanganites and NRI community in particular in addressing their various needs.
The event was graced by revered Seer, Sri Vidyaranya Bharathi Swamy, Legislators, Ram Mohan Reddy, Rakesh Reddy, and Anil Reddy Kumbham, on the second day. Folk songs by Rasamayi Balakishan and cultural programmes by artists from Parampara Foundation entertained the audience over two days
GTA USA president, Praveen Kesireddy, vice-president Sravan Paduru, and GTA USA Board of Trustees, Santosh Kakulavaram, its Virginia chapter president, Thirumal Pulluri were present.
