GMR Hyderabad International Airport has received three recognitions from Airports Council International World, including the highest customer experience accreditation. The airport was also recognised for accessibility and arrivals experience, highlighting its focus on innovation, inclusion and passenger satisfaction.

Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) has earned three prestigious recognitions from Airports Council International (ACI) World.

These achievements reflect the airport’s continuous focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric initiatives that enhance every stage of the passenger journey, a press release said.

Hyderabad Airport has achieved ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Level 5, the highest level under ACI World’s customer experience framework apart from ACI Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation Level 2, acknowledging its ongoing efforts to create a seamless, dignified, and inclusive travel experience for passengers with reduced mobility and diverse accessibility needs.

Hyderabad Airport received the ACI ASQ Customer Experience Award 2025 for “Best Airports at Arrivals Globally,” based on passenger feedback through ACI’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme, recognising excellence in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality arrivals experience.
