GMR Hyderabad International Airport receives ACI’s Best ASQ for 2024 award
Among over 400 participating airports worldwide in 2024, Hyderabad Airport has been awarded the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for 'Best Airport in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum' in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024.
Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport has once again earned recognition in the annual Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey.
Among over 400 participating airports worldwide in 2024, Hyderabad Airport has been awarded the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for ‘Best Airport in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA)’ in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024.
ACI World’s ASQ program stands as the premier global initiative for measuring airport passenger satisfaction. Through real-time traveler surveys, it evaluates more than 30 performance indicators, providing a comprehensive assessment of the entire passenger journey, a press release said.
