Hyderabad: First time travelers, those who have children or aged parents who are traveling alone, or all those rushing to catch a flight, the GMR group that operates the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad is launching GMR Prime, a guest service which they say will ensure that the passenger makes it through easily from entry to boarding at the airport.
According to an official note from GMR, right from the time the passenger reaches the airport, regardless of the airline or class of travel, GMR Prime will help them through customized packages in the form of professional assistance to corporate customers, leisure travelers, groups, senior citizens etc. The service includes express check in, fast track security services, warmth and care, secured transit, assistance with luggage etc., the note said.
“From the time you get dropped off to enter the airport for your travel if you are a departing passenger or from the time you arrive at the terminal if you are an arriving passenger, GMR Prime will be your go-to-buddy,” it said.
The GMR Prime service is available for both Domestic and International passengers during arrival, departures and transit. It has different service packages care for the passenger’s comfort across the airport and a specially trained team. The staff will make the passenger feel at home, with the service also offering complimentary amenities in the lounge.
The service is available for transfer passengers too, with GMR Prime promising a hassle-free boarding experience en route to the next destination.
