Gold, silver and cash stolen from Begumpet house
Unidentified persons broke into a house in the Shyamlal Building area of Begumpet and stole 30 tolas of gold, two kilograms of silver and Rs 50,000 cash. The owners had stepped out for Shivarathri. Police registered a case and began investigation.
Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into a house in the Shyamlal Building area in Begumpet and decamped with gold, silver and cash on Sunday night.
The house owner had gone to a relative’s house on the occasion of Shivarathri on Sunday. On Monday morning, on returning to the house, it was noticed that the door lock was broken and property from the cupboards was missing.
It is reported that 30 tolas of gold, two kilograms of silver and cash of Rs 50,000 were stolen from the house. The Begumpet police have registered a case and are investigating.
