Adilabad: A government job aspirant from Mancherial district allegedly died by suicide at a government-run SC study circle here on Sunday.
Police said Swami Ramam (28), a resident of Nagampet in Kotapalli mandal, died of injuries after he allegedly leapt from the third floor of the study circle building around 10 am. He suffered severe head injuries and died on the spot.
He was undergoing a foundation course at the coaching centre, which helps aspirants prepare for government jobs.
Ramam had joined the study circle four months ago. He was reportedly depressed due to personal problems and a financial crisis.
His body was shifted to RIMS-Adilabad for a post-mortem examination. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
