Grace Cancer Foundation hosts eighth edition of global run in Hyderabad
The eighth edition of the Global Grace Cancer Run, organised by the Grace Cancer Foundation, saw over 30,000 runners participate physically in Hyderabad and 1.5 lakh join virtually from across 130 countries.

Hyderabad: Fitness enthusiasts, amateur runners from all walks of life, cancer care specialists and persons who have conquered cancer turned-up at Gachibowli stadium on Sunday morning to participate in the eighth edition of Quambiant Developers’ Global Grace Cancer Run.
The event attracted over 30,000 runners for the physical run, with an additional 1.5 lakh participants joining virtually from 130 countries, a press release said.
Through this special cancer run, the Grace Cancer Foundation aims to bring high-quality cancer screening and treatment to rural and underserved populations, making life-saving interventions more accessible, said Dr. Chinnababu Sunkavalli, founder of the Grace Cancer Foundation, which organises the run.
The running event honoured cancer conquerors including Neelima, Prakash, Sangeetha, and Geetha, who shared their inspiring stories of survival. The top three winners in the 10K race were awarded cash prizes. The winners in the female category include Rajeshwari, Sunitha, Uma and
Male winners were Eshwar, Anuj Yadav and Manoj.
Actor Adivi Sesh, IT Minister, D. Sridhar Babu, Transport Minister, Ponnam Prabhakar, senior police officials and others were present.
