Grace Cancer Foundation signs MoU with Meghalaya for cancer awareness programs
Grace Cancer Foundation has signed an MoU with the Government of Meghalaya to expand cancer awareness and affordable diagnosis. Free screening programs will start in Meghalaya and Tripura from February 2026, aiming to screen over one lakh people across the region.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Grace Cancer Foundation (GCF), which is actively involved in the field of cancer awareness and affordable diagnosis, on Tuesday announced that it has entered into an MoU with Governments of Meghalaya to take up cancer awareness and screening initiatives.
Senior robotic cancer surgeon and founder of Grace Cancer Foundation, Dr Chinnababu Sunkavalli, said that the MoU will enable the foundation to take up cancer awareness programs and affordable cancer diagnostic initiatives in the North-Eastern region of India.
On the occasion of World Cancer Day, the Foundation also announced that it will roll out free cancer screening programmes in Meghalaya and Tripura beginning February 2026.
In 2025, the Grace Cancer Foundation screened over 61,000 individuals, leading to more than 1,000 early cancer detections. In 2026, the Foundation aims to screen over one lakh people across its programmes.
