Hyderabad: The 36-hour Hackathon 2K26 concluded at Sridevi Women’s Engineering College (SWEC) with a valedictory ceremony celebrating innovative technological solutions developed by students.
The event was attended by Principal Dr A Narmada, Dean (Academics) Dr K Sivanagi Reddy, Flydronics CEO K Srivastav, Head of R&D Pavan, and Hackathon Convener and Dean-IIC and Outreach Dr B Narendra Kumar. Dr B V Papa Rao, Director, ASL, DRDO, Hyderabad, inaugurated the hackathon.
During the intensive 36-hour coding challenge, students demonstrated remarkable creativity and technical expertise by developing solutions in domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cybersecurity, Robotics, Drones, Agricultural Technology and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Nine winning teams across nine different domains were felicitated by the Principal, Deans, Heads of Departments, the Convener and K Srivastav during the valedictory ceremony.
