Tadepalli: Andhra Pradesh government has announced that students of 1 to 10 classes will have to attend schools only in the forenoon from April 1 in view of corona virus disease and scorching sun.

Education minister Adimulapu Suresh said here on Monday that the classes would be held from 7.45 a.m. to 12.30 a.m.; the mid-day meal would be served as usual after which students can go home.


He directed the officials to ensure that COVID precautions were followed at all schools including conducting of COVID tests, wearing of mask, use of sanitiser and maintaining social distance.
