Siddipet: Finance Minister T Harish Rao on Monday questioned the BJP State president Bandi Sanjay as to why the Central government failed to fill 8,72,243 posts that were lying vacant in the government sector? The Minister took to Twitter to question Sanjay who launched ‘Nirodyaga Deeksha’ at the BJP party office here.

Harish Rao said that union Minister Jitendra Singh had revealed in Rajya Sabha that of the 40,04,941 posts, 8,72,243 posts were lying vacant in Central government offices and industries. He said that only 31,32,698 persons were working in Central government offices according to data available as of March 30, 2020. The Minister demanded that the BJP government fill all the vacant posts to uphold Dharma.
