Hyderabad: Hyderabad Cricket Association president Mohd Azharuddin and the members of the association announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh to the Hyderabad cricket N Rishtih Reddy who was part of the Indian Under-19 cricket team that won the World Cup on Saturday.
Rishth Reddy, the fast-bowling all-rounder was part of the team as one of standby players. Azhar also congratulated the team for the historic victory. “I take this opportunity to congratulate the players and support staff of the U-19 World Championship Team India who continued to perform well and while their on-field performances were fantastic,” said Azhar.
He also said that the team also showed grit, determination and showed true courage to bounce back strongly despite the Covid -19 scare and showed their Concentration and level of maturity constantly good throughout the course of the Tournament.
