Tribals avail medical services rendered by the doctors during the medical camp held by policemen at Pembi mandal centre on Friday
Nirmal: Nirmal Police with the help of Gandhi Hospital of Khanapur town conducted a mega health camp for the convenience of tribals at the remote Pembi mandal centre on Friday. Around 1,000 ethnic tribes availed medical services.
The police officials, led by Pembi Sub-Inspector Rajesh, held the camp by taking support from doctors of Gandhi Hospital. They provided drugs to those who attended the service for free. They also fed the participants and residents of the village.
They said that the event was organized as per instructions of In-charge Superintendent of Police Vishnu S Warrier.
