Heavy rainfall likely in Hyderabad, IMD issues warning
Weather analysts have warned of heavy rainfall in Hyderabad and adjoining districts from Tuesday evening through early Wednesday. The IMD forecast cloudy skies, thundershowers with gusty winds, and misty conditions. Residents have been advised to stay alert.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad and its surrounding districts could witness yet another spell of downpour by Tuesday evening, according to independent weather analyst T Balaji.
The weather will remain dry till Tuesday afternoon and widespread rains across Hyderabad are expected between Tuesday night and early hours of Wednesday.
“Today (Tuesday), a massive trough line is expected to pass through Hyderabad region, therefore Hyderabad and surrounding districts like Medak, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, Siddipet, Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Yadadri-Bhongir, Nizamabad, Jagtial and Siricilla will get heavy to very heavy rainfall during evening to overnight hours. Hyderabad will have dry weather till afternoon, but widespread heavy rains are expected during evening to overnight hours,” he posted on X.
Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD)-Hyderabad on Tuesday morning in its local one-day forecast for Hyderabad said “Generally cloudy sky. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur in the city. Mist or hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during morning and night hours. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be 29 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius respectively,” the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD)-Hyderabad on Tuesday morning said.
