Heavy Rains: TSSPDCL engineers put on alert

Hyderabad: With heavy rains lashing the city, Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) appealed to citizens to maintain safe distance from electricity poles in water logged areas, electric transformers and power cables. It also urged the citizens to alert officials, in case of any power cables getting snapped.
TSSPDCL Chairman and Managing Director G. Raghuma Reddy directed the engineers in Rajendranagar, Cyber City, Central Circle, South Circle, Banjara Hills, Secunderabad, Habsiguda, Saroornagar and others to stay alert and attend grievances immediately.
In case of disruptions in power supply, fluctuations in voltage, citizens can lodge complaints over 1912/100, local fuse call off office, special control rooms on 73820-72104, 73820-72106 and 73820-71574, he said in a press release.
