Himachal Pradesh defeated Hyderabad by 20 runs in the BCCI under-23 one-day championship at Jaipur. Despite Aman Rao’s brilliant 138 and Dheeraj Goud’s 74, Hyderabad fell short chasing 315, with Himachal’s balanced batting effort sealing the win

Hyderabad: Himachal Pradesh recorded a 20-run win against Hyderabad in the BCCI under-23 Inter-state one-day cricket championship fourth round at Jaipur on Monday.

Aman Rao’s century (138) went in vain for Hyderabad.


The scores (at Jaipur):

Himachal Pradesh 314/8 in 50 overs (Sagar Malhan 53, Atul A Jaswal 66, Arnav Jamwal 57 not out, Praval S Singh 46, A Prithvi Reddy 4/65) bt Hyderabad 294/8 in 50 overs (Aman Rao 138, Dheeraj Goud 74, Pravan S Singh 4/34).
