HMDA earns Rs 71.44 crore from Saroornagar land e-auction

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority earned Rs 71.44 crore through the e-auction of a 4,356-sq-yd land parcel at Saroornagar. The plot attracted a highest bid of Rs 1.64 lakh per sq yd against an upset price of Rs 1.50 lakh.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority earned Rs 71.44 crore from the e-auction of a 4,356-sq-yd land parcel at Saroornagar in Rangareddy district on Monday.

The parcel, offered at an upset price of Rs 1.50 lakh per sq yd, attracted the highest bid of Rs 1.64 lakh per sq yd, a press release said.

The parcel is connected to LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Inner Ring Road and other commercial and residential hubs in Hyderabad, it said.
