The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has realised Rs 3,708 crore from three phases of the Neopolis auction series, with the latest phase concluding on Wednesday. Focus now shifts to the Golden Mile auction on December 5, expected to sustain developer enthusiasm.

Two plots at Kokapet’s Neopolis fetched record bids of Rs 151.25 crore and Rs 147.75 crore per acre during HMDA’s second round of e-auctions. The competitive bidding, which lasted over seven hours, reflects soaring demand in Hyderabad’s land market.

The Telangana High Court has temporarily suspended a single-judge order that nullified the HMDA’s e-auction of government land in Budvel. While allowing the auction process to continue, the Court barred any final steps, including naming the highest bidder, until further notice.

HMDA will hold a pre-bid meeting on November 17 at T-Hub, Hyderabad, for the e-auction of nine plots, including six in Kokapet NEOPOLIS, two in Moosapet, and one in Kokapet Golden Mile. Interested participants can register online
