HMDA fetches Rs 101.51 crore revenue through Mokila, Bachupally e-auction of plots
The HMDA sold 57 residential plots in Mokila and Bachupally through an e‑auction, generating Rs 101.51 crore in revenue. Mokila recorded the highest bid at Rs 87,500 per square yard, while Bachupally saw bids up to Rs 67,500 per square yard.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) sold 57 of 70 residential plots offered through an e-auction in the Mokila and Bachupally layouts on Wednesday.
A press release stated that in Mokila, 32 plots were sold, with the highest bid reaching Rs 87,500 per square yard and an average bid of Rs 63,511 per square yard.
The sales of the residential plots generated approximately Rs 66.48 crore.
In Bachupally, 25 plots were sold, recording the highest bid of Rs 67,500 per square yard and an average bid of Rs 51,991 per square yard.
The sales brought in approximately Rs 35.03 crore, taking the total cumulative revenue to Rs 101.51 crore, the release added.
