Hyderabad: Ahead of the e-auction of plots and flats located in Bahadurpally, Bandlaguda and Khammam, a pre-bid meeting was held on Friday.
In a press release issued here, the HMDA said the meeting was held successfully and the response was overwhelming.
Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited Chief Engineer Eshwaraiah during the meeting said that in Bandalaguda, Nagole, the corporation built 2,700 flats and among them only 500 flats will be auctioned. “The 2,700 flats are spread over 33 blocks and were built on a land parcel measuring 26 acre,” he said.
Meanwhile, the pre-bid meeting for eight towers built by TRSCL in Khammam Municipal Corporation was also held successfully, said HMDA.
