HPS alumnus Shailesh Jejurikar to become first India-born CEO of Procter & Gamble in 2026
The Hyderabad Public School Society congratulated alumnus Shailesh Jejurikar on being named President and CEO of Procter & Gamble, effective January 1, 2026. He will be the first India-born executive to lead the 187-year-old global consumer goods company.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Public School Society (HPSS) congratulated its alumnus Shailesh Jejurikar, from the class of 1984, on his election as president and CEO of The Procter and Gamble Company, effective from January 1, 2026.
HPS Society president Gusti Noria, in a press release said Shailesh Jejurikar, who is currently the company’s Chief Operating Officer, will become the first HPS alumnus and the first India-born executive to lead the 187-year-old consumer-goods giant
“Shailesh as Head Boy in 1984, led with empathy, excelled academically, competed on the cricket field, and earned the admiration of teachers and peers alike,” Gusti Noria said.
