Yadadri Bhongir: Sri Yadadri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple on Sunday witnessed huge rush of devotees. The queue lines were packed with devotees right from early morning, and it took two hours for devotees for general darshan and one hour for special darshan. The rush of the devotees for Arjitha sevas at Balalayam on the hill shrine started at 4 am.
Suprabhatha seva and Nijabhisekham was performed to the presiding deities at Balalayam after opening of the temple for the day. Sudarshana Narasimha Homam was also performed at the temple. Serpentine queues were also seen at the prasadam counters.
Large number of couples also participated in Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham in Vratha Mandapam. Private vehicles were not allowed on the hill shrine by the security personnel as per the decision taken up by the temple authorities in view of the ongoing temple development works.
