Hyderabad: 18-year-old engineering student dies in Medipally road accident
An 18-year-old first-year B.Tech student from Srinidhi College died after a speeding motorcycle skidded in Medipally on Sunday. The victim, Hasini, was travelling with her friend Akshay, who sustained serious injuries. Police said the bike was being ridden at high speed.
Hyderabad: Speeding resulted in the tragic death of a young student in the Medipally Police Station limits on Sunday.
According to police, Hasini (18), daughter of Dasari Bhaskar and a first-year B.Tech student at Srinidhi College in Ghatkesar, had been staying in the college hostel.
On Sunday, she was travelling with her friend Akshay on a Bullet bike from Uppal towards Narapally when the bike, reportedly being driven at high speed, went out of control and skidded. Hasini who suffered serious injuries died on the spot, while Akshay escaped with serious injuries. He was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
The Medipally police are investigatng.
