Hyderabad: 2,400 ganja-laced chocolates seized from kirana store

Based on a tip off, the SOT raided the shop located at Ring Basthi, Jagathgirigutta and seized 13 kg ganja-laced chocolates

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad SOT police seized 13 kg of ganja-laced chocolates from a kirana store at Jagathgirigutta on Wednesday night.

Based on a tip off, the Special Operations Team raided the shop located at Ring Basthi, Jagathgirigutta, and caught one Sunil Kumar, a native of Bihar who was sourcing the ganja chocolates from Bihar and selling to local labourers.

The police seized 2,400 chocolates weighing 13 kg from the shop. Further investigation is on.
