Hyderabad: 27-year-old man murdered on Suraram Hillocks after argument with acquaintance

The victim, Syed Danish, a daily wage worker residing in Jagadgirigutta, was allegedly murdered by Mohd Bilal, an acquaintance, following an argument between the two while they were under the influence of alcohol.

Hyderabad: A 27-year-old man was found murdered at a secluded spot on the hillocks in Suraram on Friday.

The victim, identified as Syed Danish, a daily wager who was living in Jagadgirigutta, is suspected to have been killed by one Mohd Bilal, a person known to him, after an argument broke out between them when they were in an inebriated state.

As per available information, Danish is suspected to have been called by Bilal over sorting out issues. It is suspected that an argument broke out between them and in an inebriated state, Bilal attacked Danish with a knife and killed him on the spot.

On receiving information, the Suraram police reached the spot and took up the investigation.

A case of murder was registered and police officials were investigating from all possible angles, including a previous rivalry over an extra-marital affair.

The body of the victim was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital for autopsy.
